Privacy Policy for Course and Supervision Groups

Introduction:

At ITT, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and
protect personal information provided by participants enrolling in our courses and supervision groups.

Data Collection and Use:

By booking a course or supervision group, you consent to your name being shared with other participants to
manage potential dual relationships. Once registration closes, a list of participant names will be shared, allowing
you to check for any conflicts of interest. Should a conflict arise, the participant who registered first will have
priority to attend.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All payments for supervision groups are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your payment
will be credited towards a future supervision group, valid for six months from the original booking. Refunds will
only be issued in the case of a conflict of interest related to dual relationships. Alternatively, you may opt for a
credit and be given priority in future groups. Please note, booking fees are non-refundable.

Data Protection:

Your personal data will be retained for up to 12 months to facilitate future credits for workshops or supervision
sessions. After this period, data will be securely deleted unless required by law.

Your Consent:

By enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including the sharing of personal data for
group management. You may access, amend, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
