When booking an appointment: Please make sure you put the correct email address when booking an appointment. An incorrect email address with prevent you from receiving your confirmation email. Should this happen, please email or sms letting me know you have booked an appointment and no confirmation email has been received. I will follow up and confirm.  Please do not solely rely on the Calendly confirmation email 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment to remind you. It is advised that you record your appointment time/s independently to avoid any technological issues. A cancelation fee will still apply for no attendance.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask that you please give me 24 hours from the beginning of your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply each time. If your appointments is on a Monday, I require 48 hour notice from the beginning of your appointment of any cancelations. If two uninformed cancelations happen consecutively without 24hour notice, the full fee will be charged. This also applies if you are unwell.  Every effort is made to fill your allocated appointment time if you cannot attend . The fee will be waived if the appointment time is filled. The cancelation fee holds you spot as a returning client of my service and is part of the therapeutic agreement. 

Please make payment within 7days and before attending your next appointment if it is weekly.
